GENERGY Water Pumps

G ENERGY WATER PUMPS

In order to select the most appropriate type of pump, it is necessary to consider the liquids to be pumped and the ratio slope-flow. At Genergy, we are proud to offer a wide range of products to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our portfolio includes a variety of pumps, including portable, flow, chemical, trash and pressure water pumps, ensuring that we can provide a comprehensive solution for a broad spectrum of applications.

PORTABLE WATER PUMPS

Its key features include its compact size and lightweight design, which facilitate convenient transportation and handling by a single person. This product is perfectly suited to watering small gardens, filling tanks, emptying small pools or ponds, cleaning concrete mixers and any transfer that requires a low flow rate and pressure.

HIGH FLOW WATER PUMPS

The turbine has been engineered to enhance water flow, while maintaining consistent pressure levels. Its flow performance, in the absence of significant slopes, is truly exceptional, rendering it ideal for surface irrigation, emptying pools, and any other type of transfer without large gradients. It is generally recommended to use an engine-driven pressure pump when the slope is between 15 and 20 metres, as the efficiency of the ram pump will typically decrease at this point due to changes in flow and height ratio.

HIGH PRESSURE WATER PUMP

The turbine has been engineered to deliver higher pressure, which comes at the expense of reduced water flow. This option is ideal for overcoming significant slopes or when high output pressure is required for processes such as spraying or filtration.

TRASH WATER PUMPS

The clearance between the turbine and the volute has been oversized to allow the passage of solids up to 25 mm in diameter. The pump's complete quick-opening system allows for straightforward resolution of pump blockages, eliminating the requirement for tools. This product is perfectly suited to draining away dirty water during floods, transfers and irrigation.

ACCESORIES

GENERGY has standardised its measures. Completing your pumping project has never been easier. Rest assured that all accessories are compatible with our range of water pumps, featuring the same type of thread (BSP) and diameter. The hoses have been manufactured to order, ensuring the diameters match all our accessories.

The product is supplied in individual colour-coded packaging, with each fitting (with the exception of hoses) being clearly labelled with its EAN code. We are committed to delivering exceptional image and comfort standards for your business. The installation of camlock quick-type connectors (not included) is possible by replacing the provision included in the machine (nipple nut-seal) with the camlock quick connectors (not included). The camlock connector can then be screwed onto the pump outlet thread directly. The use of Teflon ensures airtightness. This type of connector allows for the quick and safe connection and disconnection of hoses. Genergy is proud to offer camlock closures for the secure connection of water pumps. SUCTION, DISCHARGE AND TOTAL HEIGHT

It is essential to determine the maximum height at which we intend to elevate the water, in order to accurately calculate the flow or caudal of water that will be achieved. The greater the height to be raised, the lower the flow, so it is essential to measure this slope in the field accurately.

The aspiration or suction height, also known as the suction lift, is defined as the slope between the liquid to be aspired and the centrifugal shaft of the pump.

In accordance with the principles of natural law, the maximum depth that a surface pump could potentially achieve is approximately 10 metres. However, to achieve this, it is necessary to create an absolute vacuum, which is typically accomplished in this type of equipment. Genergy recommends a maximum distance of between 5 and 7 metres for the installation of the pump. It is always advisable to position the pump as close as possible to the water source. Please be aware that the level of aspiration directly impacts pump efficiency and suction time. Genergy is equipped with foot valves to prevent water from returning to the suction line. This fixture is strongly recommended for use with self-suction pumps, as it has been shown to reduce aspiration time and make the process easier. If the foot valve is utilised, there is no requirement for the non-return valve of the pump. This allows for the simultaneous filling of both the aspiration line and the pump itself through the priming hole.

It is imperative to use non-deformable aspiration hose to prevent obstruction by depression, which could cause serious damage to the pump.
Pumping height, also known as pressure head, is defined as the vertical distance from the centreline of the pump impeller to the discharge point. This is the maximum height that the pump can press water up.
The total height is the sum of the suction and discharge heights.
