AVR & SVR Technology
The new GENERGY SVR (Smart Voltage Regulator) has been developed to meet the latest industry standards. Are all voltage regulators identical? While they may appear similar at first glance, there are substantial differences in terms of quality and performance. AVR is a traditional solution that is both efficient and economical. It is an effective means of controlling alternator voltage, even during periods of engine acceleration and recovery. There are important benefits to consider, but also certain constraints when starting up some equipment. In contrast to generators equipped with a capacitor, those using AVR are unable to start up engines with peak consumption higher than the generator's maximum output. GENERGY's SVR regulation system addresses this issue without compromising the advantages of voltage regulation. In the event of an inductive overload, our SVR regulator will order the voltage to be reduced (within certain parameters, and without risk to the equipment) while keeping the rpm/Hz stable and preventing the engine from collapsing. The voltage will be restored to its rated level once the consumption peak has passed and the load enters the unit's logical performance range. This system is designed to safeguard the alternator and engine against overloads, providing a range of advantages. Furthermore, GENERGY's SVR regulators are designed to prevent dangerous surges if the regulator's electronic parts are damaged or disconnected in one of the terminals. This feature sets them apart from traditional AVRs.
Inverter Technology
Inverter Technology represents the latest advancements in stabilizing systems. This system is distinct in that it separates engine revolutions from voltage frequency. This feature enables the use of higher RPMs without compromising frequency, which is then modified accordingly. The final product is a generator that is more powerful, lighter, and compact. Voltage and frequency deviation are virtually non-existent. From a graphical standpoint, the sine wave harmonics are negligible, with a maximum value of 3%. The quality of the current means it is compatible with any system. It is not advisable to use equipment with high consumption during transient peaks, such as welding machines, or in extreme conditions, such as construction.
